stew kind of day...
1. Brown economy pack of ribs (because they were on sale) on all sides in breakfast's bacon fat
2. Deglaze pan with garlic, onions, and red wine
3. Transfer to giant pot because the crock pot is too small & stir in veggies
4. Chop whole head of garlic and sprinkle over bread & toast
5. Move in art supplies & cat
